My name is Stephen Miracle and that is truthfully the last name I received from my father. It is German in origin and was originally pronounced Mer-ah-kel. I am the founder of this website and hope that its content will inspire you to make a positive impact on your world.

Alt.Noise is more than a blog with personal rants and commentary from an unqualified poser of an expert. It is an entire website dedicated to the nonsense topic of trying to make a difference in remarkably simple ways that have been done for thousands of years.

and on top of that we are unqualified posers attempting to become experts.

How we make a difference and Inspire You

This website is a personal exploration into a new but old (some might call vintage or neo) way of defining success and making a REAL impact on the world around you. I believe true success rest’s in Jesus’ teachings “Love the Lord with all your heart.. and love your neighbor as yourself“

You can find new articles at Alt.noise twice a week. Every Monday and Wednesday we will publish a new article or column that will inspire you to make a positive impact on your relationship with God, others and/or yourself.

Are we right for you?

before you begin the bookmarking and printing out the articles, lets make sure that you will be comfortable for Alt.noise. After all, it isn’t for the faint at heart.

If you are looking for a website that teaches you how to be the next Gandhi or Mother Teresa than you will need to move along. It is my belief that those that make the biggest impact in the world do not need to be superheros, but just possess superhuman dedication to improve the community around them.

We write inspiration for those who live and work in the real world. It is for the average individual out there whom must wake up, go to work/school and then come home to family before anything else. I am not Bill Gates nor do I have a desire to become the biggest philanthropist the world has ever known.

I just want to work hard to provide for my two sons and make a positive impact on the world. This is who I am and this is who I write for.

I am average because physically and socially I resemble nearly everyone else.

I am a misfit because I want to change the world.

The use of Jesus’ teachings in this blog can be compared with many inspirational rock artists. They do not claim to be Christian Rock musicians, but musicians who rock and are Christians. Similarily, I do not consider myself a Christian Inspirational blogger, but an inspirational blogger who is Christian.
