“Not forgiving is like drinking cat poison and then waiting for the rat to die.” – Anne Lamott
How well do you forgive others?
I have really started to think about how poorly I am at forgiving others. I hold on to a grudge for years. I still hold it against my college friends who always picked me last for intramural basketball. One of these days, this 5’8″ white boy with the coordination of a drunk man on stilts will school each of one of them in a lethal game of 1 on 1.
On a serious note, God truly calls us to forgive others. How can we expect forgiveness to be lavished upon us if we don’t share the same sentiments on forgiving others?

I didn’t pursue her because she was a friend and I didn’t get any vibes she was interested. I assumed she was googley-eyed for one of the John Mayer wannabe’s strutting through the school.
